Crab Salad Nigiri Sushi -~

It is my Saturday to post Cultural Connections over at Our Krazy Kitchen. I posted my crab salad nigiri sushi. It was my first attempt and it was a lot of fun making it and eating it. It helps if you are organized to make it easier to make. Let me know if you have anything you would would like to see me make for Cultural Connections. Any regional dish that you would like to share or an ethnic dish that you always wanted to try.

It was a little rainy this morning so I thought I would throw in some of my bougainvilleas to brighten things up a little!

Have a great Saturday!

  7. Lyndz, your sushi reminds me of my hubby's elder sibling. haha... There is one time, one of my hubby's newphew made a bunch of sushi rolls for us to enjoy for the evening. And the elder sibling quickly took a spoon of wasabi spread to a pce sushi and stuffed inside his month straight away. We were quiet for awhile staring at him! Suddenly, he shouted and said what the heck was that???? HAHAHA... We all laughed like we never did before. haha... OMG, we all thought he's pretty cool can eat one whole spoon of wasabi without a single sound. haha... Btw, your sushi looks really appertizing. Hope I can have some! Thanks & have a nice weekend.
    Blessings, kristy

  8. Lyndsey, your crab salad is gorgeous with the wasabi rose and so is that bougainvillea. I really miss my bouganvillea living in the mountains where they don't survive the winter.
