I've been invited by Ann of Anncoo"s Journal to join their Easter party...it is a menu tagging game for the Easter dinner. Rules of the game is to suggest 5 - 10 recipes & upload the photos with their respective links. After that, I'm to tag 10 bloggers to do the same.
So here it goes...my menu from my recipes from the past: Please click on the name to see the recipes:
Almost a year ago I tried my first Mint Julep and now I want to share it with you.
A quick snack that goes good with any meal Plantain Chips
This salad is good anytime of year and is so versatile you can add the flavors you like Orzo Pasta Salad
For the soup a springtime delight Fresh Green Pea Soup
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Vinegar, Parmesan, and Walnuts a good way to enjoy your veggies.
Main course is Dukkah Crusted Salmon
Not the prettiest photo of my desserts, but a great dessert, Rhubarb Plum Crisp with Crystallized Ginger rhubarb was always the first thing to come up in the garden when I was young living in Michigan. Of course I'm missing that scoop of ice cream on top!
Here are just 10 of the people I would like to invite to the party:
5 - Chubskulit from Spice up Your Life
6 - Lyndsay from The Kitchen Witch
7 - Debbi from Debbi Does Dinner Healthy
8 - Ivonne from Cuban in the Midwest
9 - Cooking Gallery from Cooking Gallery
10 - Gloria from Canela Kitchen
Everyone is more than welcome to join us!
Please have a Happy Easter!
